Celebrating the Beauty, Strength and Unity of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion
Celebrating the Beauty, Strength and Unity of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion
Coinciding with U.S. Constitution Day, National DEI Day reminds us that freedom and justice are only real when they are inclusive. Whether you're in a classroom, a workplace, a city hall, or your own home, wear BLUE, share your story, and take part in a national wave of belonging.
This is YOUR day. This is OUR day. Embrace it.

Because September 17th is National Constitution Day and Citizenship Day and there's no better day to recognize the unfinished promise of equity in our founding documents. It commemorates the signing of the U.S. Constitution in 1787 and recognizes those who have become U.S. citizens through naturalization. Setting National DEI Day on September 17th additionally reminds us of our Constitution's role in helping Americans and naturalized citizens to reach the American Dream.
We don't have an America without the Red, White and BLUE. We wear blue on National DEI Day to represent unity, dignity and the shared dream of a fairer, freer, more compassionate nation.
